[BUG] Folder ignore sorts all folder starting with string

Describe the bug
I recently discovered that if you have brunche of folders there are starting with same text e.g. Test-1 Test-2 and you put Test- to ignore list both get ignored.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create 2 folder ./Test-1 ./Test-2
2. Create in each a file with test flashcard
3. Add to folder ignore list Test-
4. See error

Expected behavior
Only exact match of the name should be ignored

Versions (please complete the following information):

• OS: Win10
• Obsidian version: 1.5.12
• Plugin version: 1.12.4
• If on desktop, Installer version: 5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) obsidian/1.4.16 Chrome/114.0.5735.289 Electron/25.8.1 Safari/537.36
