Python 3.11 was released on 2022-11-07. Once PySTAC explicitly supports 3.11 (stac-utils/pystac#908), we should add 3.11 support to pystac-client. Correction, PySTAC added "experimental" 3.11 support in stac-utils/pystac#731, so IMO we could add it here as well no problem.
We should also think about whether we should drop 3.7 support first: #272.
