The website has many outbound links, and clicks on those are not tracked in GA. This makes hard to understand user behavior--specifically, we cannot determine if they just leaving the site, going to a platform, reading documentation, etc.

To remedy this, we will configure GA to distinguish between and report on user destinations when clicking an outbound link.
