Displaying Entries on Event Archive Page

Consider and then implement feature for BDC Event Archive when entries get long; ie, functionality for "Load More," "View by Year," etc.

Note: currently, button for "View Upcoming Events" requires a lot of scrolling- depending on improvements on this issue, scrolling to see the button might resolve itself. If not, consider new location for the "View Upcoming Events" button.
