Update straycat-server link and add direct link to straycat itself
Added StrayCat resampler
Edited things for extra clarity, added an image of the resampler/wavtool installer
Fixed minor spelling mistake and AckieSound is their actual romanized spelling
change the abbr of moresampler's "Mb" flag from bre to mbre to avoid corruption
Fixed grammar on windows resampler installation, corrected moresampler link in wavtools.
"Phase correction" has been corrected to "Phase compensation."
Corrected Links with some resamplers.
Reflected changes with the subreddit wiki for information migration: alphabetized the resamplers, added new resamplers, added wavtools, added resampler and wavtool installation for windows.
