Entry fieldtype does show all localized entries

I am not sure if i would expect:

1. Only the entries for the actual site/locale
2. Extra information to make clear which site/locale the entry comes from

My Entry settings

My pages overview with the default pages. The pages for english are identical, just translated.

This is the dropdown i am getting. It's not possible to see if i am selecting a german or english entry to link to.
