Ability to use the Files fieldtype in forms

The Files fieldtype was added with the replace asset feature (I think), and provides the ability to upload files that are only stored temporarily rather than in an asset container. It would be handy if this could be used in forms, so you have the option to just attach uploads to the email and not store them.

I think this would offer a solution to statamic/cms#7711

Scratch that, I don't think that's actually how Files works, looks like it does still put the files in a container.
