Setting the time on clusters might be unintuitive if you do not know how long a file will take to complete. To help with this, try many different file sizes and calculate an approximate calculation time per file. Since we can calculate how many connections and steps each batch will use, it should be trivial to add in the "advanced settings" tab, if the time calculations are accurate. However, it might be better if it outputs a table with approximate calculation times per step and how long if probably will take to fully complete the data set.
