Chat commands: requesting / sending custom tokens are not handled in 1-1 chat

Bug Report

Problem

If User A sends cutom tokens to User B, User B will not see them until he will add this token manually using "Add custom tokens".

Expected behavior

Some intermediate step to see token (i.e. accept and enable token in wallet)

Actual behavior

ERC 20 tokens in both cases - incoming and outgoing transaction. Actually in wallet you'll see ERC20 token transaction as well until enabling it manually

Reproduction

• User A: add and faucet some custom tokens (i.e WEENUS https://etherscan.io/token/0x2823589ae095d99bd64deea80b4690313e2fb519)
• Create chat with User B
• Try to request and send these tokens
