Feature Issue

User Story

As a developer, I want to see a collectible about tab implemented with mocked data so that I know UI implementation works correctly.

Blocked: #17314 should be implemented first
Blocked #18057 should be implemented first

Acceptance Criteria

  • developer can view an about page of a collectible with test data

Notes

This issue doesn't imply connection to status-go backend, so using mock data is fine
