Watch-only accounts cannot be created if a valid multichain ETH address is typed into ETH address field

Steps:

1. Go to add watch address creation flow
2. Paste the watch-only multichain address (example: eth:arb1:opt:0x42dd716de01943e40fc1d7f53feb4ffe16056c85 )
3. Try to create such an address

Actual result:

The watch address can't be created if in eth address the eth:arb1:opt are in the beginning; add watch address button is without response in such case

Expected result:

The multichain address is created if eth:arb1:opt is specified together or separately at the beginning of the eth address
