Unexpected line in Profile screen header when test banner is enabled (Android)

Hey @Parveshdhull, this could be leftover that I might have missed while testing banner issues PR.

Reproducing on Android 12, Samsung Galaxy A52

Steps:

1. Enable testnet so banner is displayed
2. Go to Profile screen
3. Pay attention at header

Actual result: unexpected line dividing header

Most probably this issue is not related to alert banner. As alert banner ends way above this line

In the case of ios, it was happening at the border of alert banner. #19490

I will see what might be causing this line.

Thank you @Parveshdhull I assumed it is banner related as the line does not appear in case banner is disabled.

Thank you @pavloburykh for confirming. Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce issue in Samsung S21 FE.
If someone will have access to Samsung Galaxy A52 can give it a try.

I think we can mark this as low-priority for now as issue only occurs after enabling testnet and doesn't seem critical.

I also have it on my Reproducing on Android 14, Samsung A34.
