"keycard is not empty" screen shown if keycard moved during create profile flow with keycard migration

Preconditions:

An empty Key Card is prepared

Steps:

1. Go to create a profile during onboarding
2. Go to "Use an empty Keycard" flow
3. Scan your empty keycard
4. Complete the backup flow and the PIN creation flow.
5. Tap "Ready to Scan" and continuously move the Keycard during the scanning process.

Actual result:

The app incorrectly shows the "Keycard is not empty" error screen.
The user is unable to proceed with the Create a Profile flow.### Expected result:
