This technical responds to the following brief:
- Build API that uses provided crime data CSV and returns JSON responses for:
- All records
- All records by "Reported Date"
- "Offence count" by "Offence Level 1 Description"
- Build React app displaying the API's records grouped by suburbs, as collapsible accordions
- Optional task: implement button to group by "Offence Level 2 Description" instead
- Unit testing
- Styling
