Using Windows 10 Pro v1903. Can snap to all edges on primary and secondary screens and taskbar on primary, but cannot snap to the taskbar on the secondary.

I wonder if it works on virtual Desktops/Spaces as well but have not tested that.

The rcWork field of the monitor is used instead of the lprcMonitor parameter in the EnumMonitorsProc function.
