What problem does your feature solve?

From stellar/rs-soroban-sdk#518 (comment), "although, testing in Integration mode might warrant some additional documentation around the use of testutils features"

What would you like to see?

Add some documentation and an example clarifying that integration-style tests don't automatically pick up features.

What alternatives are there?
