Describe the bug

DATA_TYPE_A and DATA_FEED_A_URL do not work with sell twap. they only work with buysell and sell strategies.

Expected behavior

I think the correct behavior in this situation is for the sample config file to replace the incorrect fields (currently as comments) with the correct ones START_ASK_FEED_TYPE and START_ASK_FEED_URL
