Need a way to verify the metrics, by listing events that each metric is based on.
Four issues:

deploy frequency feat(deploy rate): add option to get list of issues/commits/releases that deploy frequency is based on #237
lead time feat(lead time): add option to get list of issues/commits/releases that the lead time metric is based on #238
change failure rate
mean time to restore
