Add one query file support to redpush push.

Hi! What is the meaning of "one query file support"?
I've done some improvements to own fork (based on our Redash CI/CD process), and we are planning to extend redpush functionality.

Here (repo link) I store "public" commits, but in private repos we've gone away from redpush_id (following @arikfr forum answer) and implement queries deploy/archive/unarchive based on id. We store each query separately in VCS, merge them into single file during CI (with yamllinting), and then push it with patched redpush.

So if you are interested in grows of this tool, I can extend my repo and create PR to yours.
