Hi guys! Is it possible to do fine-mapping for meta-analysis result? Only meta-analysis shows some signifcant snps. How to calculate an LD matrix considering multiple cohorts, where some cohorts have missing variants and others do not? Thanks

@tliu76 I believe there are better methods for fine-mapping with summary statistics from meta analyses. See for example the SuShiE paper for some ideas. Also I recommend reading this paper.
