Move all hardcoded cameras in a better code location

We start to have more and more cameras hardcoded in the code

This is inevitable, but we should make it easier to add a new one and clearly see what's hardcoded.

At minimum, move this in dedicated function at the top of the file. But also consider storing these in a dedicated JSON file.
