having like reload of file, that if it's test pass, replaces the existing funcs and classes, when it is safe to do so would be very powerful

Having interactive cli/file that can run with the existing program state, and be discarded on re-execution/reload of file.

Perhaps silo/sandbox is optional. Could do child vm with inherit all.
