List platform support

Hello. I was wondering if you could add to the readme the list of platforms where this has been tested on?

Like has it worked on consoles?

Has currently been tested by myself on web and desktop. I unfortunately don't have any way of testing on console. I'll try to test on my android phone from now on, too. I will update the readme in the next update. Thanks.
