Given a .babelrc file like:

{
  "plugins": [
     "./resources/babel-relay-plugin",
   ]
}

storybook fails with something like Unknown plugin "./resources/babel-relay-plugin" specified in "base" at 3, attempted to resolve relative to "[PROJECT_PATH]/.storybook"
