Update to latest version

Hi,

It would be cool to update this version of ID to the latest upstream version (currently 2.2.1) from 1.8.5. The improvements include the usual bug fixes but also a bunch of usability fixes as well as access to more up to date digital globe imagery.

I would be willing to do the work, does strava have any feels about this? @mlerner @slloyd
