a couple headers missing

When building Release/x86 from the code pulled on 2024-07-04 T 11:14:00+03,
libspeex complains that it cannot open include file: 'config.h' for its absence;
libPPUI and foobar2000_sdk_helpers complain about 'atlapp.h'.

I'm probably not doing anything wrong...

I should probably retire this repo. It was a stop-gap because the vgmstream project did no longer publish an official fb2k component. They have picked up maintenance again so you're better off using the official repo.

1. Work-around: Make a copconfig.h.in as config.h. I don't know why that is not in the repo.
2. Setting up the fb2k sdk can be tricky. The search paths need to be configured. VS keeps it in .vcxproj.user files which for obvious reasons are not uploaded to the repo. The files are in the WTL directory.
