This update addresses a couple of bug fixes as well as the functionality to once again post stats to bot lists so they relatively stay up-to-date. The stats are utilizing the API I built over at https://github.com/suggestionsbot/voting.

• Re-introduce functionality to periodically post the bot's guild count to various bot lists (Post bot stats to master process #23)
• Properly handle various arguments instead of the blanket regex we previously did (oops) (Parsing of < > and [ ] should ONLY apply if these characters are the first/last characters of a string #28)
• Move the server join/leave channel ID to the config.js file (Move changelog channel ID to the config file #30)
• No longer fetch guild owner in guildDelete event for unnecessary information (Don't fetch the guild owner upon firing of guildDelete event #27)
• Properly fetch the reaction message and its users so users can't react to both emojis on a suggestion (User should only be able to react to one of the emojis, not both, when voting #29)
• Each release will now tag the Docker image with the latest tag and whatever version relevant to the release (Properly version images #26)
• It's 2022, so update the copyright footer in the info command to 2022 (8da3a4f)
