Vagrant suspend breaks shared folder #9

After successfully building and provisioning the vagrant box, running vagrant suspend and then vagrant up breaks the shared folder.

vagrant halt and vagrant up work as expected, but we should try to get vagrant suspend and vagrant resume working as well
