[Bug] Deleting first letter of word causes that letter to be added at the end #3214

Unfortunately I do not have pictures, but occasionally when a character in a word is deleted, that character gets added to the end of the word. This happens across multiple different accounts of varying permissions, and seemingly on random articles.

So if I had the word 'publisher', and deleted the 'u', the word would become 'pblisheru'.
