Higher rates compare to online UPS calculator? #5

I've managed to make this plugin works for UK address from/to but higher rates are way to high compare to UPS online calculator. Any idea why?

Hi I work with @Amiga4ever we fixed this by sending the account number in the XML request not the User Name.
