Violation of plugin guidelines

I have noticed this plugin violates the WordPress plugin directory guidelines.
All plugins must be distributed under GPL-V2 or similar licenses, but this repository does not include a license, but instead includes a notice of restriction of distribution, which conflicts with the GPL-V2 license permissions. I recommend this file be removed as it means the plugin directory moderators can take action against this plugin.

It is also not very friendly to restrict plugins in this way, and it not in the nature of open source software, as WordPress intends for all plugins to be.

We understand that all plugins in the WordPress directory must be distributed under GPL v2 or a compatible license. We are currently reviewing our licensing terms and plan to update our SurveyJS WordPress plugin to ensure it inherits the GPL license.
