csr = false but with client-side routing

I make static website and love that they get prerendered

I get the benefit of both a complete initial state and client side navigation.

Unfortunately the hydration is not optimal as it reload all data even if all data was already there (prerendered)

Now, if I use export const csr = false I get no hydration at all and while this is optimal for a single page, I lose client-side navigation.

it would be great if there was an option to have hydration only for client-side routing.

Let me know if what I describe above is not clear.
