Describe the problem

Node 22 is now the default version on Vercel. adapter-vercel does not support using versions other than 18 and 20.

Describe the proposed solution

Add support for Node 22.

chore: support building with Node 22

Also adjust the validation logic to not care at all when building on Vercel, to not have to update the adapter each time right away.
