Svelte 5 - Vite SSR Build

I am doing vite setup update for svelte 5 Support.
What I saw is that SSR bundle has a following generated code import 'esm-env' which is not part of the bundle.
How can I resolve this dependency?

• code generator which will inject custom esm-env dependency on build?

export const BROWSER = false;
export const DEV = false;
export const NODE = true;

or do I miss here some VITE / SVELTE setting?
