I'm viewing the page from Nigeria. The first screenshot captures the initial load, while the second shows the page after a refresh.

It's the same for me it doesn't work. Only works with a vpn. It was the same with react.dev but they fixed it

We've updated the IP address we're using for the site. If it's still not working for you, please try flushing your DNS cache, and then also confirm what IP address the domain is resolving to for you.
