Can I translate Svelte API page and Sapper Docs page into Korean? #4038
Comments
Sure, go ahead! There's already a Russian translation of the site https://ru.svelte.dev/ that's being maintained as a separate fork. If you let us know when your site is done or approximately done, we can point our DNS at your server so it can live under the .svelte.dev domain as well. |
@soulcactus It's probably worth looking at how the russian one is made - from the discord chat:

Ok I see :) Thank you for your comments! |
Hi @Conduitry, I just started using svelte a few days ago and I really loved it. I just forked the Russian translation repo for Indonesian translation. How do I apply for the domain name? |
@rizkyarlin let us know when the translation is complete, and we will arrange the domain side of things. We've not officially decided on this as a solution for the translations, it was more of a on-off for the Russian site, but we will go with it for now until a better solution arises. As an aside - please open new issues for things like this. I realise it is related, but comments on old issues can often go un-noticed. |
Okay thanks... Yeah I think we can just use prefix for the *.md files |
I'm a front-end developer and a big fan of svelte. :)
I'd like to introduce svelte to more Korean developers.
If you guys allow, I'll make web site that translate svelte.dev API page and sapper.svelte.dev Docs page into Korean with svelte.
If you guys think this idea is good, please just comment me.
I look forward to hearing from all of you.
Thank you!
