Describe the bug
API endpoints for both resources and metadata make use of:

import type { EndpointOutput } from '@sveltejs/kit';

EndpointOutput is no longer exported:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • sveltin new blog
  • sveltin new resource posts
  • Open src/routes/api/v1/posts/published.json.ts file
