Sanity check before buying hardware.

I am looking to build a digital FPV drone using WFB-ng on Radxa Rock 5c Lite with the Radxa 4K Camera (IMX415) as AS and my MBP 13" 2020 i5 as GS. Are these hardware good for low latency (<30ms)? The Radxa Rock 5c Lite can encode h265 4K@60fps, would this allow for low latency encoding for lower resolutions (1080p/720p)? I learned from one of the discourse here that WFG-ng adds about ~5ms latency and all other latency seems to be added by the camera, the video codecs and the display.
