Need to do some analysis to see if/how well CodeLLDB works on Windows with the MSVC default

In my experience, CodeLLDB need additional config to run with Rust, this can be difficult for the new starters.
Anyway I haven't been using CodeLLDB for a very long time 🤔

Also I found that debug is usually workable just working with rust-analyzer.
So this may no longer be an ISSUE any more, simply closing it is reasonable.
