Look at the quality of identification of speeches

@Lauler has run a separate script to try to identify speeches, and some misses seem to come from incorrect annotated introductions. We should look at this and see if we can make some simple improvements in the data here based on both ours and @Lauler's scripts. I could probably also run the R functionality to check if I get an additional difference.
