Windows 10 and Julia 1.0. It works well on Mac. IDE is Atom + Juno.

Try using an administrator prompt. This happens when you install julia in an administrator prompt and symengine without administrator privilege

I ran into similar issues, even after working in administrative mode. See below for screenshot
