Auto-updater now live

This minor release adds the auto-updater mechanism from the Sparke Framework.

Binaries will be created with next release as the application signing breaks the DMG creation

v0.13.10

This release ships syncthing v0.13.10 and uses the new monochrome-only iconset which is a little different from the original. It also now also renders the white pixels better on-click. And should work for bright and dark view.
