Remove install-all-in-one.yaml from release artifacts

Context

We would like to remove dependencies software setup from our release artifacts and keeping only kratix.yaml in our release. We don't want to be seen as bundling these dependencies software as part of kratix.

Ask

1. Remove [config-all-in-one.yaml](https://github.com/syntasso/kratix/releases/download/v0.90.0/config-all-in-one.yaml) and [install-all-in-one.yaml](https://github.com/syntasso/kratix/releases/download/v0.90.0/install-all-in-one.yaml) from release artifacts

2. Dependencies in install-all-in-one.yaml and config-all-in-one.yaml can be moved under /hack.

3. Update docs and all reference to *-all-in-one
