[validation] browserHash changes when Google Translate is disabled

Root Cause

HTMLAnchorElement.prototype.hrefTranslate (and possibly other properties) disappear when Google Translate is disabled on the browser settings

Workaround

Enable Google Translate according to the default settings of the browser

Notes

Should HTMLAnchorElement.prototype.hrefTranslate be skipped as a volatile property in integrity.js:_traverse()?
- No plan to fix for now
