Assembly instructions out of date, or 3D parts missing from Prusa download? #240

The "parts" and "assembly" instructions given on the website seem to be out of date. There are two 3D models from the "parts" list that are missing from the files available on Prusa Printers, and there's an additional model in the files that is not shown in the assembly instructions.

The 3D models provided on the Prusa Printers site seem to fit together, so it appears that the web site instructions are out of date. This was not obvious at first, though.

They missing 3D models are:

As well, the LED Bracket shown in the following image is not mentioned in the assembly instructions nor in the wiring instructions showing the LED ring being assembled.
