Update chrome version for tests

Recently, I've been getting errors while running system specs locally. See screenshot. Upgrading the chrome version seems to resolve them, though I haven't looked into if there are any changes that would indicate why. Still, I think like we update our dependencies, we also want to update our chrome version for system specs regularly.
