Looking for AMDGPU backend builder

I am looking for someone experienced in building the AMDGPU backend for llvm. I have compliled llvm-17 and clang as well as libclc. The details are that I have an RX7900XTX on a "not offficially supported" debian based OS. For the longest time the gfx1100 mesa file has been missing. I have it sitting there but am not sure what the settings will need to be or how to build the backend to implement it. It's more for data processing (hashcat, john the ripper, etc) so the graphics part of the settings need very little changing. I'd like to not break the OS but it can be reloaded.
