We have opened the Shanghai¹ fork in our taiko-geth, so before we add the evm-circuit in our next testnet, we need to support Shanghai¹ fork.

Tasks:

• Warm COINBASE
• PUSH0 instruction
  • Dummy opcode: feat: support dummy PUSH0 johntaiko/zkevm-circuits#1
• Limit and meter initcode
• Beacon chain push withdrawals as operations
  • PSE related issue: EIP-4895: Beacon chain push withdrawals as operations privacy-scaling-explorations/zkevm-circuits#1369
• Deprecate SELFDESTRUCT
