Draw over white background

Hey Tat3r!

Thanks so much for a2m! I've been using it on IRC, to splat ANSI art from https://16colo.rs/

But, I like to keep a white background color in hexchat, and a lot of the ANSI art comes out of a2m with pixels that should be black, turning to white. It really screws up the image 8-(

I tried reversing the definition of DEFAULT_FG and DEFAULT_BG and rebuilding, but that didn't change anything.

Have you got any suggestion?
