Install required python libraries

pip install requirements.txt

Structure

InputFiles - This folder contains 4 csv files.

  1. Group1Data.csv - Normalised microarray data for control cases.
  2. Group2Data.csv - Normalised microarray data for TB cases.
  3. Group1Axes.csv - Normalised microarray data of axes genes for control cases.
  4. Group2Axes.csv - Normalised microarray data of axes genes for TB cases.

CodeFiles - This folder contains 4 python code files.

  1. VAE.py - Python script to generate data using VAE.
  2. WGAN.py - Python script to generate data using WGAN.
  3. ctGAN.py - Python script to generate data using ctGAN.
  4. GMM.py - Python script to generate data using GMM.

OutputFiles - This folder has respective 4 folders to save the outputs generated by each python script.

Steps to follow to replicate the results

  1. Install required python libraries as mentioned in requirements.txt.
  2. Go to CodeFiles folder and run required python file.

Used Environment

  1. Cuda version 10.2
  2. Python version 3.7
